Seniors! The Virginia Winship scholarship application is now open! This is a wonderful scholarship opportunity for you and has been awarded to many HC students in the past. Please find the application on the Class of 2024 Google Classroom. You will need to complete this and return to your counselor by March 27th so we can be sure to deliver it on time!

Here are the Winter Carnival dress up days for the remainder of the week tomorrow is Neon Day, Thursday is Throwback Day, and Friday is Blue and White Day.

Our Winter Carnival dance will be Saturday, February 10th from 8:00pm-10:00pm. Tickets will be available to purchase at both lunches from January 31st until February 9th for $10 each. Please note when arriving at the school you will park and enter the school thru the auditorium entrance. 

Skiers & Snowboarders:  We will have a bus going to Bittersweet Ski Resort today after school.  We will leave from the Varsity Hall doors, please meet there by 3:45.  Bittersweet Ski Resort is now asking us to order lift tickets ahead of time so please be sure to sign up in the main office ahead of time. See Mr. Brinker for information or questions.

Any girls interested in soccer this spring please sign up in the athletic office.

Attention all juniors and seniors along with your parents: Please join us in the library on Thursday February 8th at 5:30pm for a short presentation about how to be financially prepared for your post high school training or schooling. If you are a senior and still have questions about the new FAFSA, you can stay after and they will help you complete it! Please sign up in the counseling office if you are interested.

Anyone interested in our Clay Target Team, there will be a parent information meeting tonight Wednesday, February 7, 2024 in the high school cafeteria from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Coaches will be present to answer any questions and give an overview of the program. 

Wattles Park Men’s Club is looking for volunteer coaches for volleyball and indoor soccer.  Let the secretaries our Mrs. Eckert know if you are interested.  Seniors this is your chance for senior hours. 

This week the National Honor Society is running a food drive for the local food bank, the Share Center, and Love Thy Neighbor. Any and all perishable items will be accepted throughout this week Monday, February 5th through Friday, February 9th. Food can be dropped into the two collection bins, one in the front office and one at varsity hall outside of the athletic office. 

The National Honor Society chapter of Harper Creek High School is offering one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in various subjects to students from all schools within the district. Junior and senior members are available to tutor general subjects and specific courses for free and all services will be adaptive to the student's learning style and learning needs. To schedule these tutoring services, please email nhstutoring24@gmail.com with your contact information, name, the area of concern you'd like addressed, and the student's name.

The Prom Committee will be selling hot chocolate on February 13th and 15th during both lunches. The cost is $2.00 per cup. Make sure to stop by and grab a cup of goodness during your lunch.

Student Council will be selling Valentine’s chocolates and flowers at both lunches from February 5th until February 9th. Flowers will be $4 and chocolates will be $3. They will be delivered on February 14th.

Attention all Sophomores and Juniors:  If you are interested in Dual Enrollment for next school year, please fill out the Google Form that was emailed to you and also can be found in your graduating class Google Classroom. With scheduling coming up, it is important we know how many of you will be pursuing or continuing this opportunity. After you submit the form, pick up a Dual Enrollment Agreement from the counseling office. Please see your counselor with any questions.
