Graduation Coach

The Graduation Coach targets all high school students who meet the "at-risk" criteria and are not on-track to graduate.  Assistance is provided to those targeted students needing help with graduation requirements, as well as support to improve attendance, behavior, and academic success.  This will be accomplished by creating individual academic/behavior plans for identified students.

We will work closely with the student, academic counselors, teachers, administration, and parents to achieve these goals.
