If you had the chance to rebuild yourself, what parts about you would you keep the same, and what parts would you change?

SPORTS NEWS –
The ladies track and field team pulled out another huge win against Jackson Northwest last night, defeating them with a team score of 120.5 to 33.5 points. There were many improvements across the board and the girls demonstrated hard work and high class all evening. Some highlights:
- In the 70-meter dash, Bristol Latimer and La'Riah Force took 1st and 2nd, both gaining personal records
- In the 100, Gabby Barrasso and Ryker Long took 1st and 2nd, also both gaining personal records
- In the 200, Alaina Kirkpatrick, Amara Gothard, and Ryker Long took 1st, 2nd , and 3rd, all pr's
- The 400 was won by Ella Brannen, earning a pr with Abby Miller taking third with a pr as well
- The 800 was strong with Carsen Bunker, Anna Loritz and Marissa Demorest taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Carsen and Marissa earning PR's
- Girls in the mile rocked out 1st through 4th place - Anna Loritz, Lucy Schwartz, Lyla Zumer, and Abigail Cook, with Lucy, Lyla, and Abby earning PR's
- Marissa Demorest and Abby Cook took 1st and 2nd in the two mile
- Lilyan Gandy took 2nd with a pr and Addie Higgs took 3rd in the 55 hurdles
- In the 200 hurdles, 1st through 4th place were taken by Lilyan Gandy with a pr, Addie Higgs, Acariel Nelson, and Adaleigh Stuart
- Addie Higgs took 2nd in the shot put
- Ella Brannen and Holland Van Dussen took 1st and 2nd in the high jump, both with pr's
- Gabby Barrasso, Sarah Murphy, and Abby Cook took 1st-3rd in the long jump, all earning PR's
- Our relay teams all swept Northwest and earned pr's with teams consisting of Bristol Latimer, Gabby Barrasso, Amara Gothard, and Katie Duckworth in the 4x100; Amara Gothard, Bristol Latimer, Alaina Kirkpatrick, and Holland Van Dussen in the 4x200; Carsen Bunker, Lyla Zumer, Anna Loritz, and Marissa Demorest in the 4x800; and Ella Brannen, Carsen Bunker, Abby Miller, and Alaina Kirkpatrick in the 4x400
Special shout out to these kids who PR'd AND earned points for the team in all of their events!: Gabby Barrasso, Ella Brannen, Lilyan Gandy, Bristol Latimer, Alaina Kirkpatrick, Amara Gothard, Carsen Bunker, and Marissa Demorest. Way to go, ladies!
The boy's track team had a challenging meet last night against Northwest.
The highlight of the night came in the 4x800 relay, where Colin Alday, Blake Kane, Jacob Gallagher, and Cooper Monroe teamed up for a first-place finish with a PR time.
Cooper Monroe brought home gold in the mile with a PR, and Alday followed close behind in third, also setting a personal record. Gallagher and Jenkins dominated the 400 meters with PR performances, finishing first and second. They also ran tough in the 3200, with Gallagher taking second and Jenkins third, both setting PRs.
Blake Kane grabbed second in the 800 with a personal best, and Jenkins was third, adding another PR to his night.
Josiah Ruble had a big meet, winning the 55 hurdles with a PR, finishing second in the 200 hurdles with another PR, and tying for second in the high jump—also a personal best.
Connor O’Connell showed his versatility, earning second in the 70 meter dash and pole vault, both with PRs.
The next meet will be on Wednesday at Pennfield.

In softball news- Our girls won both games last evening, with Samiya Thompson hitting a home run in the second game. Great job girls.
