Tickets are now on sale for our spring musical. The show dates are March 21 and 22nd at 7 PM and the 23rd at 2 PM. Student tickets are only $7! See the main office to purchase your ticket today or buy them at the door.
Are you looking for volunteer hours? Ms. Hurley is looking for people to sell tickets, hand out programs, and help with the raffle during the musical performances. If interested, please email her or stop by her room, 120, for more details.
March is reading month! Do you have gently used books that are no longer being used at your house? If so, Mrs. Eddy's class is holding a used book drive. Please bring books to Mrs. Eddy's room 426 during the month of March.
To celebrate March is Reading Month, we are having a book-related spirit day, every day this month. Take a look at the calendars posted around the building, and start planning those spirit day outfits. Today is Bright Colors, books brighten our world. Tomorrow is Mystery Novel/Detective Day.
Students interested in attending an Academic Talented Youth Summer Camp please stop by the main office for an information packet.
Reminder: You cannot use your phone OR smartwatch from bell to bell. This includes text, checking messages, etc. throughout the day. If you are not feeling well, please let an adult know. Do Not Text your parents—that is using your phone.
Teachers- Please remember to give out LEAD tickets for following LEAD expectations. Students must deposit their tickets in the LEAD bin in the cafeteria to be in the running for cool prizes. Be sure you are putting your first and last name on your ticket!
SPORTS NEWS –
Do you ride horses? If you are interested in the middle school equestrian team and own or have access to a horse suitable for showing, or gymkhana events, stop in the office and sign up.
7th and 8th grade girls, are you interested in playing Softball? Stop in the office to pick up a flyer with information.
If you're a 7th or 8th grader who is interested in playing tennis, please come see Coach Eddy in room 426 before or after school. We will have another informational meeting next week. Tryouts are March 25th and 26th from 3-4. You must have a physical on file to try out.
Attention potential track stars! Track and Field sign-up sheets for boys and girls are posted outside of Mr. Ries’s room.
Students- If you are interested in Lacrosse, sign-up flyers are in the office. They are due by Friday, March 28th. They must be signed by a parent before they are returned.
