The Harper Creek Beavers App allows you to have the most up-to-date information with you at all times. You choose which schools to follow. Middle and high schools publish daily announcements on their websites, which feed into the app. The elementary schools publish monthly newsletters which push into the app as well. Download it today.

All high school fall sports begin Monday, August 12. Student-athletes must have a physical dated on or after April 15 2024 on file. Go to the HCHS Athletic page for more information as it becomes available. 

Sports Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year must be dated on or after April 15, 2024. 

Oaklawn Medical Group will hold walk-in sports physical clinics at the following Express Care locations. The cost is $30 cash, no billing insurance.

Freshman & New HCHS Student Orientation 

 

HS Freshman and New Student Orientation will be held from 7:45 AM to 11:30 AM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.  Buses will be running regular routes. In-district students can expect to ride the bus if needed.  

Middle School Fifth Grade & New Student Orientation

Fifth-Grade and New HCMS Student orientation will be held at 7:45 AM to 11:30 AM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.  Buses will be running regular routes, in district students can expect to ride the bus if needed.  

Contact the Transportation Department at 269-441-6590 with questions about bus schedules and stops.

Stop changes will not be allowed during the first three weeks of school.

HCCS is not currently transporting School of Choice students.

 The Charitable Union will be at Harper Creek High School on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 2:00 PM -6:00 PM to offer our students who qualify a new or gently used school outfit. 

Love Thy Neighbor will be on-site to discuss their Weekend Food Bag program. Grace Health will be there with information about their services. Chartwells will offer a meal to students and have families fill out Free and Reduced Meals forms for the 2024-2025 school year. CityLinc will have backpacks for students. 

Please bring a photo ID and Bridge, WIC, or Medicate information.
