Diabetes Fundraiser

Each year approximately 40,000 people are diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.  More and more of our young people are being affected by this chronic disease.  Harper Creek Community Schools is holding an HC apparel sale to raise funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  Eighty percent of money raised for this organization goes to research that is leading to better treatments, prevention, and one day - a world without Type 1 diabetes.

If you would like to donate to this fundraiser, you will find an order form below.  Please return the completed form to one of the Harper Creek school offices by November 30.   If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Leah Peet at 269.441.7770 or Joyce Barry, RN at 269.441.2322.

Thank you in advance for your support!
